The girls and I are so happy to have Dave home from Hong Kong. He is busy getting reaquainted with our American lifestyle. And now he is back on the road in his stylish Sebring convertible. Soon he'll be back on the golf course, after he tackles his "honey-do" list, of course!

The day of her birthday we took cupcakes to school. And we had a few left over for the special dinner that night. She requested her favorite Shredded Beef dish, a recipe we used in Hong Kong. I found almost all of the ingredients here.
