We were so lucky to receive a visit from royalty today. Princess Casey joined us for dinner and later sat on the swing to enjoy the evening breeze. Soon she will be going to the ball...

4th of July--the girls and had a great time getting together with some of my best friends from high school. Rhonda's husband Larry took some great back yard photos... Alex loved Rhonda's grandson Kaden. But he was a big hit with all the ladies! Kaden and Sadie hit it off as well...

I did get some things done in my yard this summer. I put in a new dry creek bed to help the water from the driveway find a way to the drain. Finally a rainy day so I can watch it work!

Mom's birthday dinner at Johnny Carrino's. Renee and I convinced her to give the birthday sunday to the girls and we shared the tiramisu instead...

June

The girls were having so much fun in New York, but eventually they would have to come home, so I flew up to get them. It was Father's Day Weekend, so we went up to visit Grandpa Smith on Friday. The Lutheran Home was hosting a party for all of the dads.

The girls were excited to get to do a project in Papa's workshop...

On Fathers Day we went to the Strong Museum of Play in Rochester and had a great day looking at all of the old toys, and playing with some, too. Outside was a beautiful butterfly garden.

The girls and I got home on a Tuesday, but on Friday we had to leave again to attend a very importan event in Albany, GA.

Zoe's 4th Birthday Party!



Zoe had her party at Maggie Moo's Ice Cream Parlor. She was feeling a little shy that day, and didn't want to talk to Maggie Moo. Lots of other kids posed with her, though...
